For sale is a turquoise nugget from N.T. Australia. This very remote location is famous for producing Australia’s most prolific turquoise specimens. The main production at the location was in the late 1960s early 1970. Most of the production was shipped straight to the USA. This nugget was collected by Ray Montgomery (Gosford) in the mid 1980s. I acquired it from Ray. This nugget features uncommon spider web pattern, this pattern was found in only a few piece mined.
