For sale is a classic rhodonite with bannisterite , from Broken Hill. Gemmy flesh pink rhodonite crystals sit on a matrix of calcite, distinctive of this mine. The are a couple of small bannisterite crystals sitting on the rhodonite crystals, these have been XRD confirmed. The specimen is quite uncommon and in pristine condition. The specimen comes with a label, from the John Rankin collection, and a note stating the specimen was acquired from Milton Lavers collection.
