For sale is a spinel crystal from Vietnam. A stunning bright red spinel crystal, top luster. A very gemmy crystal as can be seen from the pics. Its not easy to obtain such a large size specimen, in pristine condition, today in the market. This vibrant red color comes from only one location in the Luc Yen area, the location can be identified by the small amount of graphite on the back of the specimen. Graphite with spinel is only found at this location.

For sale is a spinel crystal from Vietnam. A stunning bright red spinel crystal, top luster. A very gemmy crystal as can be seen from the pics. Its not easy to obtain such a large size specimen, in pristine condition, today in the market. This vibrant red color comes from only one location in the Luc Yen area, the location can be identified by the small amount of graphite on the back of the specimen. Graphite with spinel is only found at this location. We obtained this specimen on our recent visite (Aug 2024) to the mining areas of Vietnam. Please remember our prices are in Australian dollars.
