For sale is a fine quartz crystal from Torrington, NSW. Pristine, save a minor bit of chatter on the top termination. This very gemmy quartz crystal is, truly outstanding in, for this field, both in size and condition. The crystal has grown on a flat matrix, (back of crystal is sixth pic) and there is a small amount of hematite associated. The smaller crystal is totally terminated in a very strange way. We obtained this piece from an old Glen Innes collection being sold by the club.

This very gemmy quartz crystal is, truly outstanding in, for this field, both in size and condition. The crystal has grown on a flat matrix, (back of crystal is sixth pic) and there is a small amount of hematite associated. The smaller crystal is totally terminated in a very strange way. We obtained this piece from an old Glen Innes collection being sold by the club, and it would have to be one of the clearest colorless quartz I have ever seen from this area.
