For sale is an amethyst from Cardinia Creek, Vic. This is actually a multi colored quartz specimen from the now long inundated Cardinia Creek, Vic. This piece has colors ranging from smoky to amethyst to clear quartz with hematite inclusions.. This location had some of Australia’s most interesting quart, and has been under water since 1 974. Specimens are rarely seen today, which is a pity because they are very neat!!
