For sale is a beautiful group of epidote crystals from Harts Range, N.T. This is possibly the most difficult specimen I have ever had to photograph, after seven attempts I got a bit despondent. Enough to say it way better than the pics indicate, it appears to be a floater group, with about 25% of the faces not highly lusterous,(mostly on the bottom side) all other faces are mirror like. The crystal are razor sharp, and of a deep green color. Good terminated epidote crystals are not common!! Ex Chris Benotic collection. Very reasonable priced!!

Under magnification is also interesting, with some beautiful quartz crystal nos visible in the pics.

For sale is a fossil mud lobster from Darwin, N.T. While not being a compleat specimen, (claws are missing) this is a great example of this fossil from the Holocent period (17,000 years ago). It is thought that the animals probably died in their burrows during a catastrophic event, perhaps a cyclone. It is rare that an entire, intact specimen is found.

For sale is an interesting garnet in quartz crystal from Harts Range, N.T. The garnet crystal actually grew inside the quartz crystal. A rear view, (not shown) would see the crystal face at the back of the garnet, is flush with the quartz crystal face, at the rear. Interesting, also is the variety of garnet, this one is very unusual in color, it transmits no light, the color is a weird brownish yellow.

For sale is a nice and interesting geode, thunder egg, from Mt Tamborine, Qld. This specimen has a rather unique eye style,(right down to the radiating veins) and could probably be called an eye agate. The color is a bit better in person with a definite hint of amythyst purple. This specimen could do with a final polish.
