Our large range of minerals reflects the fascination and the desire to preserve our unique Australian material.
Our quest is to further the knowledge and understanding of minerals in the wider community. A browse through these web pages show that we have a rather interesting range of uncommon and hard to find Australian mineral specimens. We have been exhibiting and selling fine Australian minerals since 1990, featuring rare collectors specimen from Broken Hill NSW, Torrington, Hillgrove and other important mines in Australia.

For sale is a stibnite on quartz matrix from Hillgrove NSW. This is a classic old specimen, which we obtained from Adam Wright (Adelaide mine, owner), many years ago. Stibnite on matrix, from Australia's premier stibnite location is fairly uncommon, with the vast majority of specimens, that came out being individual crystals. This has excellent terminations, and good luster considering its age(most likely more that 60 years old). Classic Australian location, very difficult to obtain matrix specimens.

For sale is an uncommon torbernite from Ranger mine, N.T. The now ageing Ranger mine was first developed in the early 1970s, and it is known specimen wise for outstanding world class Saleeite crystal. So these torbernites , mined very early in the mines life, are quiet uncommon, and hard to access or rarely seen today. Collected by and from the collection of Norman and Jocine Robinson.

For sale is a trilithionite from the Londonderry Lithium deposit. A nice specimen with smallish plates of reasonably intense purple lepidolite in a pegmatite matrix of weathered feldspar and quartz . Tjos os a excellent example of Australian trilithionite , and has a very early number (58) from Bernie Whytes collection, so my guess is that it was mined in the 1960s or early 70s. NOTE. Trilithionite and lepidolite are closely related, and it turns out that all lepidolites previously labeled as such have been found to be trilithionite.
