NEW DISCOVERY
Details: This material came from a very recent,small find, which will be featured in the coming issue of the Australian Journal of Minerology.The pale green prenhite balls are nicely accented by the pinkish feldspar. This is very good example of this new find,with a fine display presentation. The true color is not quiet as green as the pic shows.

PREHNITE STALACTITE
Details: An exceptional stalactite of prehnite from the Reg Taylor collection. Reg was very proud of his prehnite stalactites, claiming they were the the pick of the crop, when they were mined in the mid 70s. I dont doubt it, to this day I have not seen better.The pic has a slight green component, the specimen is actually more lemon color.

Details:Ex Smithsonian collection Rare lusterous flower of pinkish, brown crystal.
Comes with Rob Lavinsky label and Smithsonian collection box.
This piece probably dates to the 1920's or earlier.
What may look like contacts is actually lustre on the crystals.
