BUSTAMITE CRYSTAL.
Details: This is a huge crystal. This rare mineral doesnt get any better than Broken Hill material, and this is an important one. Its fully terminated, with very good luster. There are some galena crystals and some small part gemmy bustamites , growing on the top termination.

CALCITE COVERED BY SIDERITE
Details:
NEW Exquisite specimen of glistening siderite over sharp calcite roses, this was found in the mid 80s when a road acces was being made to the university,rare locality, excellent undamaged item. The pictures dont do this specimen justice, its wonderful color and amazing sheen on the siderite , aren't really captured. The calcite around the edges of the piece give excellent contrast.

Details: Outstanding twin arrowheads on goethite. There are also a number of areas of very good reticulation, associated with the arrowheads. Wonderfull pearly luster. No damage.

CHALCOPHANITE ON MATRIX
Details: We have for sale here a sparkling chalcophanite, a very rare zink,iron, manganese hydroxide. It comes from the Platt Prospect in Dundas , and was mined about 5 years ago.We obtained it on a recent trip to Tasmania,from a Zeehan miner. Nice size,fine display. Better in person

CHALCOPYRITE ON SIDERITE ON CALCITE
Details: This very beautiful piece was extremely hard to photograph. The glistening siderite flashes,between the many colored chalcopyrites. Please note the red color is not accurate, the true color is more a golden copper. This is fascinating under a microscope.Biggendon mine is one of my favorite mines, and this specimen is a fine example from this great mine. More pics available.
